On October 1, 2007 California changed the requirements for taking the real estate license examination.  The new rules state that in order to sit for the license examination, the student must now complete the Principles course and two additional college level courses in real estate.

Beginning Tuesday January 8, 2008, Guaranteed to Pass real estate school will offer all the classes needed to sit for a California Real Estate license.
